Katrina Howard is the Senior Farm and Ranch Specialist with The Gomes Agency, bringing multi-state real estate experience with over 15 years focused on equestrian estates, farms, ranches, recreational land, and custom homes in Tennessee. Licensed prior in New York, California, and Indiana, her career has been shaped by a lifelong passion for land, horses, and the sporting lifestyle.

A former professional equestrian and trainer, Katrina offers clients practical insight into how equestrian and sporting properties truly function. She is also a current dog sport competitor and conservationist, immersed in the outdoor life and tracking, bringing a working understanding of recreational and sporting land. She previously served as Principal Broker for King’s Chapel Community and hosted multiple Parade of Homes events with the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee.
