John Houston

John Houston is a Nashville native, born and raised, with deep roots in the local community. He attended Brentwood Academy before earning his degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Since 2012, John has built a strong foundation in residential real estate, earning a reputation for his client-focused approach and creative eye for marketing and design.

In 2019, John joined forces with The Retreat, where he became actively involved in both sales and development of luxury tiny home properties, including vacation-style homes and investments. His passion for creativity led him to obtain his SUAS FAA Part 107 drone license, allowing him to elevate property marketing for clients.

In 2023, he launched an independent media company, specializing in lifestyle and bespoke video content for professionals, brands, and clients, blending his real estate experience with lifestyle storytelling.

John married his high school sweetheart, and together they live in Franklin with their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, retreating to his tiny home cabin in the mountains of Monteagle, and spending time with his family.
