Born and raised in BogotĆ”, Colombia, Francisco moved to the U.S. in 2017 and launched his real estate career in Orlando, Florida, in 2020. After excelling in the vibrant Orlando market, Francisco and his wife relocated to Nashville in 2024, drawn by the areaās stunning natural beautyāits woods, fall colors, waterfalls, and rivers.
With a background in business administration and years of experience working in sales for major companies like Sab Millerās Bavaria Brewery in Colombia, Francisco developed expertise in managing large-scale sales and logistics projects across the country. This experience honed his ability to analyze markets, implement efficient systems, and understand the nuances of client needs.
Franciscoās journey into real estate began in 2019, when he managed short-term rental properties in Orlando. Seeing the potential in the booming property market, he obtained his real estate license in 2020 and has been helping clientsāsellers, buyers, and investorsānavigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives ever since. They are dog lovers, though after the loss of their beloved Labrador, they chose to cherish his memory without getting another pet. Together with his wife, Francisco is a devoted believer in the grace and love of Jesus.
